Ariel Benyakov, Co-Founder and CEO of Valore Development, brings a disciplined and forward-thinking approach to creating distinctive ground-up residential and mixed-use projects. With more than 12 years of experience in real estate, Ariel began his career in investment sales before transitioning into development, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the industry from identifying opportunities and structuring acquisitions to design, construction, and execution.

Throughout his career, Ariel has been involved in numerous ground-up developments across the country. At Valore, he leads the firm’s overall development vision and strategy, overseeing site selection, acquisitions, capital strategy, design, construction, and execution. Drawing on his experience across multiple facets of the industry, Ariel approaches each project with a focus on thoughtful design, disciplined decision-making, and strong fundamentals, creating developments that are built to perform, endure, and deliver lasting value.

Natanel Malkoukian, Co-Founder and President of Valore Development, brings a holistic approach to creating thoughtfully designed residential and mixed-use projects. With a track record spanning more than $4 billion in real estate sales, he brings a strong understanding of how design, branding, functionality, and market positioning come together to shape successful real estate. At Valore, Natanel helps guide each project from its initial vision and identity through design, positioning, and execution, with an approach centered on understanding how people live, what resonates in the market, and how thoughtful design decisions can create lasting value.

Drawing on his leadership across Reavis, Reavis Creative, Luxe Staging, and Reavis Hospitality, Natanel brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the development process, shaping spaces that are both market-driven and intentionally functional. His portfolio also includes award-winning hospitality concepts, allowing him to incorporate experiential and community-driven elements that extend beyond traditional real estate development. By bringing together design, market insight, and an understanding of how people experience space, Natanel helps create developments that feel distinctive, considered, and built to endure.

Working closely with the firm’s leadership, Jake plays an integral role throughout the development process, helping navigate complex transactions, manage risk, and structure projects from acquisition through completion.

With extensive experience across real estate law, transactions, financing, and development, Jake brings a practical and solutions-driven approach to each project. He oversees acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, development agreements, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters, while coordinating with outside counsel and key stakeholders.

Jake approaches the legal function as an extension of Valore’s broader development strategy, balancing thoughtful risk management with the commercial realities of each project. His legal insight and understanding of real estate help create the framework for Valore to execute projects efficiently, responsibly, and with a long-term perspective.

Karolina oversees brand identity, creative direction, marketing, digital presence, and visual communications, ensuring every element reflects the character and vision of the project.

As the EVP of Marketing and Design at Avdoo, Steve is leveraging his vast knowledge in pre development, marketing, strategic planning, and brand positioning.

Prior to joining Avdoo, Steve led the New York City new development division at Compass, where he oversaw the sales and marketing of luxury residential projects valued at over $2.5 billion.Earlier in his career, Steve served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Stribling Marketing Associates. There, he managed a team of 30 professionals and directed the marketing and sales efforts for over 100 new development projects, including The Shephard Condominium, Devonshire
